Previous horticulture or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We are looking for friendliness, flexibility, and willingness to learn. Many positions involve physical outdoor work in all weather conditions. We value employees who can complete tasks independently while also working as part of a team.

While most entry-level positions are seasonal, starting as a seasonal hire can be a step towards year-round employment. We also welcome employees who return seasonally year after year, and those who join us for a single season.
