We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently while providing support to our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support office staff, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
  • Coordinate team meetings and prepare necessary materials for discussions.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support the retail team with document updates.
  • Customer invoicing and online order processing.
  • Back up phone reception as needed.
  • Customer service support.
  • Scheduling trucking and plant transportation
  • Manage employee accident / injury documentation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this position.
