We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to work collaboratively with the owners, Bookkeeper, Retail Operations Manager and Administrative Assistant.
This individual must have extensive office management experience related to a retail environment. Due to the nature of customer interactions, assigned projects and daily operations, this experience is critical.
Qualified applicants will have deep experience in human resources functions, including policy application, development and implementation, wage and hour law, state-specific policies, payroll, scheduling, hiring and terminations. Additionally, applicants must be well-versed in multiple computer programs, including all Microsoft Office programs.
We are looking for a self-starting, practical, hands-on leader who is friendly, tactful, detailed in their work, highly organized, mature and dependable. This is a job for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help, no matter the task. This role requires the ability to quickly shift gears in response to rapidly changing priorities. as well as the demands of the seasonal nature of our business.
